We are happy to announce that we have received a Folk and Traditional Arts Community Projects grant from the Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation to support our Brazilian percussion and dance project! In the upcoming year, we will be building on the momentum we have gathered with our bi-weekly workshops/jams with bateria director André Coelho to build a performing ensemble, open to all levels and ages.
