We were thrilled to be at this year’s College Park Day, which took place at the College Park Aviation Museum after a 2-year hiatus! Our bateria (samba percussion ensemble) leader André Coelho and executive director Pablo de Oliveira led a short demo and workshop for the community. It was great to see so many kids come out with their families to learn about this Afro-Brazilian art form!
